Q. Do your prices include tax?
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding your order for whatever reason.
Q. When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged at the time your order is placed, we will reserve the items for you.
Q. When are products coming back into stock?
Our online shop does not allow you to order items that are not in stock. If you would like to know when the item is likely to be back in stock please use the contact us form and include the details of the item you would like to order. We will respond to you as soon as possible with the next availability date.
Q. How long does the delivery take?

Q. When will my order be sent out?
Please refer to the delivery section for estimated despatch and delivery times. You can track your delivery using the Carrier tracking code that we will include in the email we send out to you when we despatch your order.

Q. How are products shipped?
UK and Republic of Ireland orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Q. How much will shipping cost to my address?
Depending on the service level that you require scoredraw.com have fixed rates for shipping, regardless of the size of the order. For more details visit the delivery section Delivery Section of the website.
Q. I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?
If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our returns section for more information on how to return a product.
Q. I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging?
You can always send the products back to Score Draw in another package but please pack securely and follow the instructions in the returns section of the website.
Q. How do I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the steps in the section ‘How to Make a Return’ in the Returns section of the website.
Q. I am not sure which size to order?
